Stop, Look, and Listen

For the group show Stop, Look, and Listen, I wanted to experiment with photography. I was also thinking a lot about getting married at this time. I did some photo journalism in the area of kitschy wedding cakes in shop windows around Toronto while considering what getting married is really about. Mounted in small shadow boxes, these photos include items I collaged onto the images to enhance the mood or feeling of the individual cakes.
